Terms of use (private beta)

Bellwether by Sheephill Group is in private beta. Access is by invitation and free of charge during the beta.

Nature of the service

Bellwether is a research product compiled from public records, including permits, ordinances, utility and regulatory dockets, court filings, interconnection queues and public company filings, together with news coverage. Records are gathered with software-assisted search and reviewed by an analyst before they change a status. Every status links to its source; primary records from the issuing authority are marked as such.

Content is provided for information only. It is not an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any security, is not tailored to anyone's circumstances, and should not be relied on as the basis for an investment decision. Risk tiers, probabilities and capacity estimates are model outputs based on base rates; they have not yet been calibrated on resolved outcomes and may be incomplete or wrong.

Accuracy

Public records change and are sometimes wrong or incomplete. Bellwether is provided as is, without warranty of accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Where a source is secondary or a figure is unconfirmed, the tracker says so.

Use

Preview access is for the invited person's own evaluation. Please do not redistribute, scrape or resell tracker content or research notes.
